Together with our partners, we identify needs for innovation.

3. ADOPT /DEVELOP

If evidence-driven practices are in place, we adopt them; if not, we develop them in collaboration with our partners.

4. REFINE / IMPLEMENT

We refine and improve as we implement the innovation, ensuring adoption by the partners.
